
Scott Bryant, DDS, MS
Dr. Scott Bryant spent his childhood in Duncan, OK, before attending Oklahoma State University where he met his wife, Valerie. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in chemistry. Valerie and Scott married and spent their honeymoon driving to New York City where Dr. Bryant attended Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. During this time, he was accepted into the Health Professions Scholarship Program through the United States Air Force.
Upon graduation from dental school, Dr. Bryant completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) at Nellis Air Force Base in Las Vegas, NV. He was then transferred to Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ, where he practiced a wide range of general dentistry for 4 years. During his rotation in New Jersey, Dr. Bryant earned multiple quarterly and annual awards, was appointed Dental Laboratory Flight Commander, and discovered his love for Endodontics.
Through the Air Force Endodontics specialty residency program, Dr. Bryant spent a year at LSU School of Dentistry in New Orleans, LA, and a year at Keesler Medical Center in Biloxi, MS. There he earned a certificate in Endodontics and a Master of Science in Oral Biology.
After graduation, Dr. Bryant became Chief of Endodontics at Scott Air Force Base, IL. In addition to treating members from all branches of service, he was appointed Assistant Clinical Professor through the DoD’s Uniformed Services University of Health Science and trained AEGD residents in Endodontics. Moreover, Dr. Bryant served as Dental Support Flight Commander, deployed to Kuwait, and lead several mission-critical programs during his service.
Upon separating from the Air Force, Dr. Bryant has teamed up with Dr. Thayer and is committed to providing exceptional treatment with compassionate care for all patients.
In his free time Dr. Bryant enjoys creating memories with his family. He and Valerie stay busy chasing around their children Anderson, Connor, and Alice.
